If i could give less than one star I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Earlier this month a new washer and dryer came to our apartment complex. A few neighbors and I went down to check it out, neighbor A, used it first and said his clothes came out boiling hot. I then used the washer, not thinking anything of it, seeing as we had a washer and dryer there previously without any issues at all. Well, I load up the washer with my four year old daughters clothes, and selected cold. Her clothes came out boiling hot and shrunk!!! I called the company and let them know, the gentleman on the phone was very nice and said they would send someone out to fix it and I would get a call from Amy about my damaged clothing. Amy called me at 8pm that day, to tell me someone could come out at 6-7am to get the clothing, I work. She suggested leaving the clothing with a neighbor, which i did, and when i came home the neighbor said the guy wanted to see me first?! I followed the direction of this company and it still not satisfy them. I spoke with the neighbor whom i left my clothing with and she said they "fixed" the machine by making sure the pipes were hooked up. I asked if they even turned them on she said no all they did was make sure they were tightly on. I left the bag set aside with my daughters clothing, I only had a few items seeing as mistakes happen and I surely dont expect to be reimbursed for items that have been heavily worn. Well silly me to make this mistake. A few days later I went to use the washer, assuming the problem was fixed, and yet again it was boiling hot when selecting cold. I call the company again and Pam, hung up on me, (this was the first of 10 times). I got the "attorney" at the company who said i should seek medical attention if the water was that hot?! This professional was mocking me. He told me "if you let me hang up now maybe i can help your little problem". Well sir, maybe this is little to you, but this is a BIG deal to me. A four year old grows fast enough, i should not have to replace items that were damaged by your company. He calls me back and says he will send someone out to pick up the clothes and check it out. The next day i get a call from a service man, who says he will be by before 1pm, so I rush home from work, he comes and I give him the clothes. He tells me "Every other building here has the hot water on the left pipe, but this builing its located on the right side" He then told me he has corrected the issue, which I confirmed with a neighbor. He took the bag of clothing. A week goes by I hear nothing from the company, I call to check the status of what is going on and I am told again, we will look into it and call back. I get a call from amy, who says the attorney does not feel they are at fault, and the service man said there was nothing wrong. So myself, as well as other residents here are all lying. I ask her if I can get the clothing back and I get blindly transferred to the attorney. He picks up "what now?" I ask him why i was transferred to him, he says amy did not want to speak with me and "frankly i dont want to either". I asked for my clothing back and he said "NO" and ended the call. I called right back and was hung up on four times. I still have not got our items back or a call. The serviceman admitted that the hoses were set up by accident in the wrong spot, why should my daughter suffer because they got it wrong? Why cant I have my clothing back? THEY DAMAGED AND REFUSED TO GIVE MY DAUGHTER HER CLOTHES BACK.

Worst customer service/company ever. When attempting to use the card I just loaded $30 on, the machine read E 06. Instructions do not provide any assistance for this code. When you call the 1-800 number, they state they cannot help. The actual business is only open during regular business hours (8 to 5) when most are working and unable to call. They refuse to refund your money and the only way to resolve is to send your card in to have it replaced. Company states they cannot review your account but promise to load your money on a new card and have one back to you in 2 to 3 days. Once I receive my new card back, I will utilize the money I have already applied (because I cant get a refund) and never use this service again. I also asked to speak with a Manager and conveniently the person who answers the phone is the "Manager". Mind you I have been trying to resolve this issue for 3 days now and was told that someone would be coming out to service the machines only then to be told the card has to be sent in for replacement. Needless to say, I will not suggest this service to anyone and if your apartment complex has their machines, I would suggest going to a laundry mat. Even though the laundry mat can be a hassle, it is better than dealing with this company and their machines.

The idea of a laundry card is great, its amazing to be able to load money online through my bank account, instead of scrounging for change, especially at 1.75 per load!! However, one big flaw that gets under my skin is that the minimum you can add at a time is $15.00, so if you are short on money you cant do laundry at all. The machines dont even have a change option for emergencies. It doesnt seem like a big deal, until you are waiting for your rent to go through and its laundry day, and you live paycheck to paycheck as I do. It gets very frustrating, especially when you have $1.50 on the card and only one dryer load to do. If you have more than one card with small amounts of money on each, the only way to combine them is to mail them in and wait four weeks for them to mail you a new one with the combined amount. They make it seem like they are technologically advanced but in some areas they are so far behind. Also when you call, the customer service reps are very unfriendly. I would not recommend using this company.

All of the machines for my building were upgraded to their card system, not the worst thing in the world right? Now I dont have to worry about quarters! Great! Boy, was I wrong! My first gripe came when initially loading money onto the card, cant load less than $20 at a time! Then, they raised their price per load by 15 cents, making it almost impossible to fully empty your card of money. Now, Im moving out of this building and to a building that doesnt have their service and they are refusing to refund me any money left on my card once I move! On top of all this, their machines take absolutely forever, the timers on them arent accurate at all and change mid way through a cycle and their dryers have smelled like burning for months, all of which Ive reported to them and they have done nothing about it. There is a reason all the slum lords in this city use this company for their laundry service.
