they have a one nice young girl and an old rude mean lady! if you happen to get the nice young girl... you are lucky, but the old lady was unbelievably rude and jealous! you can see the hate in her eyes when I pulled my mercedes benz to retrieve my clothes from the dryer that I had left... she waited till I went back to my car to get my landry bag to put my dry clothes in and she locked me out... she saw me waving at her and still wouldnt open the door for me! I knocked on the door for like 10 min till she opened it yelling at me AND I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE THERE! she just didnt stand a pretty young girl! I still cant forget the hate in her eyes... I get nightmares just thinking of that day lol!

Just moved out here & should have read reviews first on their management. Poor business all around. No ability to make change for when their change machines are down, closes whenever they want (hours are 8am-8pm), & the staffing is inconsistent. I came here a few days ago asking for help obtaining a cash card, only to be snapped at & my laundry loaded into the dryer & shrank my items. In again a few days later (8/10/16) & I come to flip my items into the dryer & the door is locked....at 6:57pm. If there were closer places, Id go there. Shut this place down or sell it to a chain.

You must put money on a card to use the machines, which work well enough. I had the misfortune of putting a broken machine that "had the broken sign fall off" and could only be given a refund if I called a phone number to put money back on my card, which was more hassle than it was worth.

I had a great experience here tonight. I started my wash about 40 minutes prior to closing. I left and hadnt planned on drying it so I came back 10 minutes till closeting. Before I arrived the attendant had taken my bedding and placed it into a dryer for me.

No one is EVER working here. The washers break often and the card machine freezes and no one is ever there to help so your usually screwed. Hate this place.

No star the machines are good the old woman Shes doesnt have patiently shes closed at 6.00pm that not good in the web site said closed at 8.00pm

I Only use this Laundrymat because its local.. Otherwise Id rather go to the Laundromat on commercial st.

I went there, and nobody is working there. I got charged twice at a watching machine. Terrible
