I had such high hopes for the wash depot. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. I sent a large amount of clothes due to my basement flooding. It was approximately ten bags of clothes. I also opted for 24 hour turn around time. When the clothes arrived, the bulk of my laundry was missing. All of the clothes that I requested to be hung dry was soaking wet when the clothes arrived. I had to hang all of the clothes in the backyard which defeats the purpose of paying for the convenience of getting your clothes done. When I called the laundry depot, the young women I spoke to, Stephanie, was extremely rude. She hung up the phone on me twice. She insisted my clothes was not lost, she just had to find it. Also, they wanted to me pay for all of the clothes even though the bulk of it was missing. My options for recouping my lost clothes was either pay for everything in full and wait for them to deliver the remainder or send everything back to them. They would not let me pay only for the clothes I received and pay for the remainder of the clothes when I received them. When I refused to pay for clothes I did not receive and refused to allow them to take back the clothes I did have, Stephanie told me she would call the police. After repeatedly requesting to speak to the manager through the customer service representative, the driver (who was extremely courteous) got in contact with her for me. The manager eventually rectified the situation and my clothes were found. I never received an apology from this company and they still charged me the full cost of all of my clothes. I am still on the lookout for a good laundry service. This entire ordeal took about two hours and I did not get my clothes until much later in the day even though I paid extra for 24 hour turn around time. I could have dealt with the mistakes that were made because things happen. However, I could not deal with the rudeness and the poor customer service.

I would really love to give this place 5 stars, because they have the potential to be. Service was consistently great when I started using them early 2016. A few months ago everything seems to have just fallen apart. Pick up and drop off is never consistently available. When you try to work around their availability, they reschedule you and rarely stick to the time or day agreed to. Calling them doesnt serve much purpose either. The young girls answering the phone are only rude, rarely helpful. Save yourself the money and trouble. The convenience of laundry service is outweighed by the amount of time youll spend on the phone trying to get your laundry back.

Out of Expectation services and great convenient provide by this company, I am living in New York and According to me this is the best local New York city laundry services because of their efficient delivery and pick-up work. In my perspective the staff of this company is time saving and very hard working with a frank and soft behaviour. Few days ago in my friends birthday bash I tarnished my suit by cake and wine so I was little worried about that would it be cleared and when I handed-over to this company they took good care of it and gave me in a very nice condition so I am really appreciable by their work. Keep it up guys, You are doing great work.

That was a period of my girls wedding, There are heaps of work to do and I dont have sufficient time to wash garments by any means, my husband simply recommends me to take help of laundry provider I trying to search over the web I discovered The Wash Depot Laundromat and just contact them. They make a surprising job for me, pick up my clothing inside of an hour deliver too. They Not simply wash my garments they do dry cleaning and folds too, I was truly shocked from there Minimum working days delivery service at very affodable rate. I surely recommend "The Wash Depot Laundromat".

The pick up service is truly in need of an overhaul, besides the fact that there is a four hour window for pick ups, the drivers are routinely late anywhere from one to two hours. When you contact the office you get the same lame excuse there is traffic. I typically do weekend early morning pick up and there are never any serious traffic issues to justify this, I do check the traffic report. If you have nothing to do and can just waste a day waiting for these guys its no issue, but if you have commitments my advise is to find another service.

Ive been using their service for over a year now, and it was always convenient for me. However, as time has progressed, Ive received Dry Cleaning that wasnt "cleaned" at all, and have had 4 garments destroyed by them. They have the worst customer service, and yes as the review below says, they wash all of your whites and everything together. It wasnt always like this, but theyve gotten progressively worse and worse over time. Overpriced, for poor service and horrible standards-these days. Never again!!!!!!

Laundry service is typically tough sometime to choose. Because now we have lots of options available at online not just for laundry but, with dry cleaning and wash & fold service too. I am glad to choose The Wash Depot Laundromat for my everyday laundry. Ideally, I just need to follow simple 2 steps just need to call them and send my garments. Their are very friendly and also offering free pick up and delivery service. So, this thing made me to choose their service.

This service is the absolute BEST. It has changed my life. I can place my order online the night before I want a pick up. They show up exactly on time the next morning. They deliver my clothes exactly on time. The clothes are perfectly clean and folded. Even the crazy fitted sheets. I never have piles of laundry in my house any more. Its just amazing. Best service Ive ever paid for. Worth every penny.

I rarely write reviews, but the service has been amazing. I have a few suggestions that would make the service even better. They offer pickup and delivery between 6am-10am which is great. It would be better if you could select the time you want it delivered (with a 2 hour window) or evening delivery. Sometimes I need to get to work and I cant wait past 8am. Otherwise the service is great.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Instead of rectifying their mistake they just yell at you even when they are wrong. I had confirmed for my clothing to be ready on Monday & they changed the date to Wed without letting me know. They didnt care. The clothing never seems to feel clean or smell clean. They are terrible laundry service. Dont waste your money.
