You get what you pay for. You can see the inch thick accumulation of dust and grime on the air ducts, walls and fire alarms. When asked the staff how often the place is cleaned and he said he didnt know. I got really sick after my 2nd week there. When I mentioned it to a staff member, the response was well we have a lot of members. I think it would make a good precedence if I saw staff members with a cart and wiping down machines in between busy times instead of leaning around and just talking to each other not doing much of anything. The spray bottles of disinfectant are so diluted it’s practically water. I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to stay a member here. Id rather pay more elsewhere knowing that its clean.

This facility has the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever used. They rarely clean the toilets, replace the toilet paper or fix the broken dispensers or broken toilets. If the commute wasnt the most convenient for me, I would not consider going to this location. P.S. Does bagel day even exist? I have gone a few times on bagel morning, and there were no bagels... Other than the major bathroom disappointment, I do enjoy going here. The staff is usually friendly and the trainer knows his stuff. I wish I could give more stars. But, hygiene is important!

I dont recommend this place at all. What they announce and the reality when you are there is totally different. Unprofessional manager, some of the staff lack customer service skills and the supposed certified trainer is a douchbag. Now I know... you pay cheap, thats the service you get CHEAP! Dont recommend this planet fitness, others are ok... but like I say, the staff is a reflection of there manager... the only professional staff there is the assistant manager...

This is the first gym I have ever been to. I feel comfortable going here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Once in a while the Lunk alarm will come on. But is more of a joke. The people who also come to this GYM are in their own world and dont look at you funny or judge you. I will definitely be a member of this club for years to come!!!

BAD way of dealing with the customer!!! Customer service is very very poor!!! I would like to disclose the name in specific but im not. If you are cancelling the membership do it right there!! If you do it from out side the state these folks gives you hard time.

the manager mark there was SO helpful, one of the best experiences ive had dealing with customer service in a long time. i highly suggest this gym all of the employees are super friendly and helpful.

24 hours a day means I can workout when I want. As advertised its a gym thats about people who want to get fit not want to flaunt their flesh.

Very clean and the worker are cooperative. The only thing they are missing is a pool and a few more abs machines

Too small and the machines and dirty and there is not the full range of items. All machines are last generation
