I dont go to supercuts for a good haircut, I go because its convenient. Its not particularly cheap either. I can get a better cut for the same money elsewhere. But elsewhere is not as convenient. Oh, and I occasionally do get a good cut! Luck of the draw though - I never plan on it.

just came back..Very very smooth business. place cleaner than most italian restaurants, took a seat, super nice lady asked me clearly what i wanted before proceeding, i had no idea..she popped a few, best haircut ever! very affordable..5 star recommendation!

If you call ahead prepare for an extra 45 minute wait because this super its has no idea what the heck they are doing. I recommend going to any of the other haircut places in Westford as this supercuts has terrible service and management

This is the second time that I ended as a un-happy customer and decided to write a review. The hair cut I got was a 5-6 mins cut ,some hair removed here and there.I looked the same as before.
