Our experience went WAY beyond expectations! I had my hair cut by Krystal who did a great job. Much better than other Supercuts experiebces in other locations. During the cut I explained that I was the father to a 1 year old and that he needed his first cut but that my wife and I were nervous. Krystal explained all the ways that her and the team had made families feel welcome. Later that day I tentatively brought my son in and Kaitlyn cut his hair while Krystal distracted him and my wife and I watched in amazement. I highly recomend this branch and the 2 young ladies mentioned above!

Terrible. Twice I attempted to setup an appointment by calling ahead. I put my name in with a supposed 10 minute wait. Upon arrival the first time I was told it would be 30 minutes before I could be seen. I then walked out as my haircut only takes 10 minutes or less to complete. Today I tried again calling ahead and was told 10 minutes again. I get there and its a 45 minutes wait. Dishonest to get you in the door, will never take my business here again.

If I have to describe my experience with this particular location as, potato. I mean come on! What does a guy have to do just to get his car painted? Its not like these ladies went to school to chop hair. This is a paint booth that serves potatoes. Nothing more has to be said. Seriously. I am king burrito, with a side of guacamole! This alone entitles me to, yeah, potato. I said good day sir!

I went in and asked for just a trim when asked how long I want my bangs I told the lady to my eyebrows I like them long I wish I was able to upload a picture .. My bangs are halfway up my for head they are awful ...in getting married in a week ...they deff will not be grown in by then I have been crying all day ....where did you get your license to cut hair

Havent been to cut my hair in years and I wanted something different with my color . I got the pleasure of having Katherine ( I think I spelled it right ) she did an amazing job love the cut and the color ..will definitely be back to touch up my color and hair cut ...thank you !

I get my hair cut here once a month or so. In the last year there was only one mishap I noticed in my car mirror, and I went back in and my hair was fixed happily. Great service thats totally worth the cost.
