Went in for carmelized highlights. Kelly did them separately in my dark hair which wasnt pulling the color easily. Yes, that takes a long time BUT she kept taking on more and more clients pushing my wait time even further. She barely had a second to breathe. There was hair all over the floor that she didnt have time to sweep. I saw two people blow dry their own hair while she switched off to other people. In my opinion, she shouldnt have kept taking Walk-Ins. My highlights came out weird and I was there for 6 HOURS! I definitely wanted to write something here to warn others. IF you go here, make sure theres more than 1 person on staff if you want any attention.

I absolutely LOVE going here to get my hair done. The staff is warm and welcoming and there very talented. I went there to get my hair done for from last year with just a vague idea of what I wanted and when I left I was amazed- my hair was beyond beautiful. They saw my dress, knew what I was going for and made it beautiful. I intend to continue coming here for every hair appointment from now on. There arent enough good reviews for this amazing salon.

Very disappointed in my recent haircut. Explained that my hair is fine and length is needed to give it some volume. On top of this, my hair takes for ever to grow. Well, it certainly did not turn out the way I asked. Too short and choppy. Very upset since it will take me 6 plus months to grow it out. Dont trust the earlier reviews. I

I had such a horrible experience resulting in me having to go to a different salon to fix the mess that Kelly did. Orange highlights, blotches everywhere and no refund. I highly recommend that everyone go to Katie at the Salon and Spa @Glow over on Grafton St in Worcester, she did a fantastic job fixing such a disaster!!!
