I am writing in regards to the service I received at the Westborough, MA Supercuts located at 18 Lyman St, Westborough, MA 01581. On December 15, 2013 at approximately 10:45 AM I walked into the salon and had asked for my hair to be blow-dried. I told the two ladies working there that I just washed it, and didn’t need a cut or anything, just a simple blow-dry. I had mentioned to them that I had come to this salon several times and that the manager had made a notation in my account for this service to be $20. Because just a blow-dry isn’t in your system, she marked it as $26.95 with a $6.95 coupon to bring the price to $20. In fact, I had just had my hair blow-dried the previous Thursday at the exact same salon, and they simply looked up my name, and saw the notation and gave me zero problems. The stylist did such a great job, I returned on Sunday. Sahiba was at the register and Maria (shift manager) were the only two stylists there. Sahiba said she can absolutely not do a blow-dry for only $20 on hair that is my length. Maria also said she cannot, I tried explaining to them how the manager had put in a special notation, but they didn’t even try to look it up, they just kept rudely saying to me that they cannot do it. Maria ultimately said she would charge me $44 for a simple blow-dry (no wash, no cut, just blow-dry)! I told them that I am a very loyal customer who has come into that salon several times and have never had a problem nor ever been talked to like that. Their tone was beyond rude borderline obnoxious. Needless to say, I went down the street to Great Clips, and they gladly blow-dried my hair for $20. My hair is down to my midback, but thin and takes 20 minutes to blow-dry, if that. Feel free to email me for pictures of my hair. I am also very close to Barbara Opoka the Head of Human Resources, whom I also plan on contacting.

For 20 years I went to the same barber back home, but now that I dont live there I had to find an alternative and was very skeptical about trying out a franchise. Ive now been going here once a month since August and everyone there has far exceeded my expectations. Every time I go in I just point at the poster of the dude on the wall and thats all they need. Ive had various stylists and have had great haircuts and conversations with all. Best part is that theyre incredibly fast. Its nice to go after work and not worry about getting home too late!

Ive never had a more rude encounter in my life. The woman on the phone told me an incorrect price for a service, understandable error if happens. What made the encounter unbelievably rude was one of the girls muttering under her breathe and the other one telling me "since money is a problem, you should go to a beauty school next time" FYI, NEVER OKAY to say to your customers. And they did a crappy job as well. Save your time and money and go anywhere else

Never, ever been to a supercuts before. Walked in and they cut my hair right away. Hairdresser took her time cutting and tried todo as I asked. When I asked for my hair to be dried, she had to go to manager to see how much it would cost. I was disapointed in the cost. It cost as much as going to my master styless when all was said and done. Cut is ok, not great

Ive been going to this location for over 3 years and every time I go Im happy and satisfied with my hair cut, last week I went got a hair cut and it was a disaster the lady had no idea what she was doing !!!!!! 1st time i see her . I will never go back again -- if you want to hire new employees dont let them Train/practice on clients hair.

Went in to get my sons hair cut. There were 6 women working and 4 of them were free. They were just walking in and out of the back office but none of them checked us in. Seems like everyone was trying to avoid work here. I would call it a lame duck lazy Supercuts. Avoid and go to Great Clips.

Awesome customer service! Karly (not sure how its spelled) did a great job cutting my hair and was extremely nice to talk to! Definitely a friendly staff in this store. Will continue to come back

Good haircuts for the price. For the complainers; this isnt Newbury St. it is a chain hair cuttery on Lyman St. in a town that ends in borough.
