Just go to SuperCuts instead. Thats really the type of service you are getting here . . . . just with fancier atmosphere. A failure to keep timely appointments or keep appointments with scheduled stylists is the order of the day. Even with an appointment you are more than likely going to be assigned to whomever has an open chair when you arrive, if they bother to acknowledge you at all. The actual haircuts and color service was satisfactory but nothing to write home about. If a salon experience is what you are looking for, keep looking True is NOT the place to find it.

My experience at trUe salon was outstanding as usual. MacKenzie gave me a great foil and haircut as well as the best scalp massage.I have received so many compliments. Front receptionist gave a warm friendly greeting. All team members were very accommodating to make my experience the BEST ever. Cant wait to come back for my next service.
