I usually do not bother to write reviews but I just had to write this one. I got my eyebrows done by Im pretty sure the girls name was Tiffany. I dont know how she got her esthetician license because my eyebrows were horrible. I looked better walking in than walking out of the salon. She took off so much of my hair that my eyebrows are nonexistent. She was trimming my left eyebrow but failed to trim the other side? Overall, my eyebrows are uneven, barely there, and just horrendous. Two weeks ago, I got a blunt haircut done at this place too. The hairdresser took no more than 5 minutes to cut my hair in between her clients, you could definitely tell she was rushing. When I got home, strands of my hair were longer than the rest. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Totally impressed, this was the best haircut Ive had in a long time! I went to the Shrewsbury Rob Roy last minute because the place I usually go to was full. They took me as a walk in as soon as I came in which was excellent. My stylist was friendly and professional and extremely helpful with figuring out what I wanted done with my hair. She managed to take my hair (quite overgrown from its usual pixie cut and home cut by friends for far too long) and reshape it to exactly what I wanted. Honestly, I dont think Ive been so happy with a haircut in years. I will absolutely be coming here from now on. My only question is, what shampoo/conditioner do they use? It smells fantastic!

I have been going here for years........always friendly and quick to get an appointment....Ilar is a fantastic colorist and always tries his best to give you what you want (within reason)Their other stylist are so accommodating and each seems to have their own following.If you are looking for good cuts, colors, and sets......this is the place for you......and quite reasonable prices. Really puts to shame some of these other overpriced salons that like to give you a lot of "fluff".

I relocated to Shrewsbury from Maine and I have had a couple different people cut and color my hair, the one person Down here that has done my hair and Ive been happy with lives in RI and my work hours prevent me from getting to her so I figured I would try Rob Roys and I have to say that Hannah listened to what I wanted for a cut and color and I am 100% happy with the results!! I found a new Hair Stylist that is friendly, professional and great at what she does

I love how Tiffany does my hair Ive never had a problem with it she always makes sure its to my liking and never lets anyone walk away with anything they are not happy with. I would recommend her and this salon to anyone. Anyone who says otherwise is just dumb.
