I got a groupon for a cut, recondition and style and the service wasnt that great. She seemed nice but took a phone call while she was washing my hair and was very rough that my head was hurting. She also tangled my hair (my hair is VERY thin) and it took her and another employee to brush it until I finally had to brush it myself. after my cut and straighten was done, she charged me extra for thick hair even though my hair is VERY thin and short since I just cut it. She also tried to sell me fake handbags which were all over the place. Wont go back there.

I am not happy with the service at all. I took a group on coupon for hair cut, styling and color highlighting. She did such a bad job cutting my hair. My long pretty hair looks so awful and short now. for styling she straightened my hair for which I had to redo after I went home. For highlighting, she said she cannot do it because I did not mention it when I took appointment. I am totally unhappy with the service. I will never ever go there again and waste my money.....

I was very specific about what i wanted for cut and color and she basically ignored me and gave me a totally different cut and color than the photos and description I gave her. I wish i could get my money back because now i have to pay to have it fixed. Never ever again would i even consider going there.
