So I went in there and there was literally nobody there there was one lady at the front desk and I signed it and gave her my name and she told me to wait at which point she goes to the back I am sitting there alone in the shop for 10 minutes as you can hear all the girls in the back gossiping and talking instead of tending to a customer the only one in the entire shop on top of that I just left I did not say bye I did not say anything they did not care about my business and made that clear just to note I easily couldve stolen something on my way out as there was nobody there to take care of customers in any capacity

I go here every month or so just to get my eyebrows cleaned up. They do a great job. I would never ever get my hair done here tho. I was in a pinch and needed to get my hair blown out for a wedding. My normal salon was booked solid...I thought hey...how hard can a blow out be on a short Bob? Omg...I could have done it better myself!! It looked horrible...it looked like I just let it air dry. Wasnt worth complaining about. Lesson learned. I will trust them with my brows but not my hair!!

There are plenty of better options nearby. This location in particular does a terrible job estimating wait time. Have called and been told there is no wait only to go and end up waiting for over an hour. No consideration given for peoples time. Haircuts are inconsistent and average at best. Try a independent shop nearby or even the new sports clips at the bottom of the parking lot, youll appreciate not wasting half of your afternoon sitting around waiting.

Im extremely cautious about anyone handling my hair. My previous experience in these Super Cuts was not so favorable. Nonetheless, after requesting the best and most highly recommended and experienced stylist, I went for a look change. Radical! A cut and a Style, beachie wessy-look bob! Not only was the stylist skilled, she was attentive and understood perfectly what I wanted. The style lasted all weekend and looked totally amazing!!!!!!!! She was Great!

My son had a Terrible haircut yesterday. The girl dont knew what she was doing. Unless you know the person who is gonna cut your hair, dont go to this location. Katelin is the best there, but unfortunately when she came in was already late, the other girl had started cutting his her. Really upset to pay for a bad job

I love this location of super cut, Katelin did my hair cut last 2 times. She is very very kind, professional and friendly. Also she did great job. Highly recommend :)

$9.95 for a bang trim that I need to fix a bit when I get home. Wasnt worth complaining. They seemed understaffed.
