Worst haircut place ever! We called to ask if we needed an appoinment and they said no and when we got there they said we need an appoinment. So we come back at our appointment time an hour later and they say we dont take appoinments and they let three other people get a haircut before me even though I was there first. Never go here they are garbage!

Abysmal service. Go to great clips in Sutton. This place made me wait 40 min before I had to talk to someone to figure out that I could be waiting for no reason. Wish I could give 0 stars cause 1 is too generous for a place I went into to waste 45 min and to leave without a haircut. If youre smart dont go here. Absolutely awful

My husband went here and they basically butchered his hair. He had to go to a barber after and pay a second person to fix it, the very next day. He likes a very close haircut and the hairdresser gave him a boxy cut straight out of the 90s, which looked ridiculous on a lanky, auburn headed Brit. Haha.
