This was the first time I went to this place and it really disappointed me. I called in before going and had an appointment set up, but I still had to wait for 15 mins for my turn to come up. One guy ended up giving me a hair cut and he screwed it up. I kept saying him how to cut it and he kept doing otherwise and whatever pleased him. I dont even know if the guy (He was Chinese) understood me or not. Yes, they charge you only 10 bucks for a hair cut which would be 4-5 dollar cheaper than other places, but I dont think you would want to get your hairs screwed up for saving 4 bucks. I can give a better hair cut than him. In the end, I had my hair screwed up and I also paid for getting my hair screwed up. I dont think you can beat it. Avoid yourself frustration.

Tran, my hair stylist or more accurately my "barber" since I have basic cutting needs, is simply FANTASTIC. She is so pleasant, very skilled, extremely affordable and always tries to fit me in when my hair becomes disheveled. Cant say enough about her. My wife started using Tran for hair styling and coloring and also raves about Trans work, and thats a pretty good endorsement (if you know how picky my wife can be!). Best hair stylist she says. Try Tran and see for yourself. best to call ahead and reserve a time slot ... shes in demand.

Completely disapprove of the "horrible job" rating below. I used to go to one of the most popular barbers in my area in Boston and pay at least $5-10 more than they charge here to get my hair cut because the barber (Louie) was the only one that could do it right. When I went here, Tram (the owner) recognized that hte person that used to cut my hair wasnt some useless person at a chain store wehre they rush you out the door. This is one of the best places Ive gone to get my haircut.

Went to this salon for the first time today. Good haircut, well done. The stylist was very nice and knew what she was doing. The cost came out to $11 because I paid with a credit card, but its $10 if you pay cash. Cant get a cheaper haircut anywhere else, especially when you never know whos gonna be the stylist at one of the other chain places. Here, you know who is going to cut your hair, and she does a great job.

She is the best hair cut specialist in Westborough or near town and price is affordable for every one still you get best hair cut. She used to work in Hair Cuttery after she left other Hair stylist always used to spoil my hair and then came back to Hair Reflection being happy customer ever since. Recommend everyone for Hair Cut and dont believe in false reviews. I have been to this place since it was opened.

Fabulous place to get a haircut. After my regular hairdresser passed away, I spent years having my hair cut by different people, and none of them did a good job, until I found Tram at Hair Reflection. She is the only one I trust, and I would never think of going anywhere else. Im a raving fan!

The woman who runs this place is lovely. She is always very friendly and punctual. If you want a fancy salon experience and an elaborate hair cut this is not the place for you, but if you want a quick simple haircut this place is perfect!

Very bad. They dont treat you with respect. They are rude and unapologetic. Especially, the woman there who gives haircut. She comments about the customers in Chinese, which only the other barber could understand.
