I consider myself to be very fortunate to have found On Top Roofing when I needed a new roof. The owner of the company took an active roll in making sure all of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. The owner made the initial assessment and explained the process of getting a new roof. I received an official estimate for the work to come. An appointment to start work was agreed upon. The crew showed up on time and proceeded like a well maintained machine. The roof was replaced flawlessly in a little over two days including an amazing cleanup. The bill for the job was presented at the end of the final day. It was within a few dollars of the official estimate. The change was due to some extra changes I requested during the job. The cost of the change was the same as the field estimate. I was never let in the dark and I always knew what was happening and what was coming. What was said, is what was done. The owner, the field rep, the crew forman, the home office staff, and the crew were pleasant, proficient, and professional. I could write several more pages explaining the wonderful experience, start to finish, I had by having a roof installed by On Top Roofing, but I believe my purpose can be best served by saying I have and will recommend On Top Roofing to my family, my friends, my business associates, and to anyone else who may ask " Do you know of an outstanding roofing company you would recommend?" Josh provided a comprehensive estimate with an excellent price and they held to it exactly. Jessalin provided a choice of shingles and allowed us time to choose. Josh and Jessalin promptly answered a number of questions we had along the way. The crew arrived as scheduled and performed the job quickly and without incident. They cleaned up thoroughly and actually left the grounds in better shape than when they arrived! The quality and workmanship appears excellent and the roof looks great.
