I came to Paul Conzo after reading the reviews. I had a gift card intended for a facial but I decided to use it for a color and cut. My haircut was nice, but the color of my hair did not come out at all. The hair dresser informed me that it would get lighter over time but nothing happened a few weeks later. I was so disappointed so I came back to get it fixed. The color did get a little lighter - not the same color I wanted AND they charged me again for a one process color job. I could of done this myself at home. What poor customer service. I will not come back.

I got the worst 1 hour massage ever at Paul Conzo. I left there more stressed out than I when I arrived. The woman was nice, but should not be charging money to massage, she definitely is in the wrong profession and Paul Conzo should have a better way of interviewing/screening. Not only will I never go back there, I will be telling all my friends that told me to go there what a bad experience I had, especially since I made it clear to the receptionist that I was not happy with my massage. Not worth the outragious prices they charge!

I have been getting my hair styled at Paul Conzo Hair Salon for several years. Jenna is my stylist and she is "the BEST". I love the way I look every time I walk out from an appointment with her. Even when Im not sure exactly when I need a highlight or low lights, her expertise comes to rescue and she always gets it just right!!! Love Jenna, love Paul Conzo Day Spa & Hair Salon! I took my friend to this salon for her birthday. I wont be doing so again. The woman who cut her hair said her arm was hurting and she didnt want to have someone help her with my friends long hair. She made her settle with a super quick dry cut. Really? The girl who did my nails was friendly but still a student. This experience was not even close to worth what I paid.

I have never visited this particular store because when I called to ask if they did unnatural hair coloring, the guy on the phone could barely stop laughing to even answer me. Im not sure what was so funny, as I have been to several places that dont offer anything but "natural" hair colors, but at BEST it was highly unprofessional :/

I have been going to Paul Conzo Salon and Day Spa for over 10 years, its a great place with talented stylists and friendly staff! Through out the years I did experiment with other stylists and massage therapists to see who else was out there, but always found myself returning to Paul Conzo. I truly enjoy every visit!

I had a package and, unlike other day spas I have gone to, they moved me efficiently from one service to the next. All of the staff were very pleasant, skilled an professional. Cant wait to go back!

I have been to Paul Conzo a few times and they have been phenomenal. Its so relaxing and calming. The staff is so pleasant and kind. I feel so welcomed coming in to the salon. I have had a massage and a facial and both experiences were wonderful. They have me as a customer for life!

Ive been to a few places and paid alot for a massage and Ive never been 100% satisfied, This place changed my mind!!! The staff is amazing. I fell in love with Rita. I wouldnt mind getting pampered here 7 days/week haha absolutely loved it !

What a great salon! I get complements on my hair all the time and walk out of the doors with a smile on my face after every appointment. It is extremely convenient and has a friendly environment that I would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful place to go and be pampered. . . service is outstanding . . . . and Kristen gives me top notch treatment, providing me with a great cut/style/color!!!! Best hair stylist I have had since I moved here 6 years ago.

Just LOVE Paul Conzos. I have been going here for years. The Fassage is my all time FAVORITE! Its pure Heaven. Donna Chanson is the BEST! She knows my skin well and is always pleasant and gives great advice.

Great place- clean, nice decor, and most importantly, quality service and perfect haircuts. No reason to go anywhere else! Tiffinis haircuts are very well done, and I highly recommend her.
