I became a customer as soon as the salon first opened. But I recently moved to fairfield county and had to find a new salon after going to cut to the chase for the past few years. I asked for the same cut and highlights I got with Lori and it came out horrible. I explained to the Master Stylist at the chic, highly expensive salon exactly what Lori would do. After 4 hours for a partial highlight, it came out horrible!! I paid 5x the amount and now I will be driving 1.5 hours out of my way to go to Lori to fix this mess. I will continue only to go to Lori from now on.

I do not usually do this but I went here based on the good review and I should warn you, Cut to the Chase is very unprofessional. I brought in a small child and the workers were very young and swearing loudly while talking back and forth about their personal issues. I also had to ask our hairdresser to re-cut my sons hair because it was so uneven. After we got home, I was told by a relative to never cut his hair again! We went back out to a different hairdresser to fix his haircut a third time. NEVER AGAIN.

Lori was fantastic! She talked me through the entire process as she cut my hair. My hair is curly and tends to be a bit more fussy. I wanted a short curly bob, dyed dark brown/red over my bleached curls from another balayage highlight I got from a different salon. I also got my eyebrows waxed :) Lori did a fabulous job! I love my hair! I will definitely be coming back!

I have gotten my hair colored at least 10 times from 10 different people and i have never been happy... i made an appointment here thinking it would be the same but she did exactly what i wanted and it was perfect! It was the best highlighting job I have ever gotten! I would never go to anybody else ever again!

I have been getting my hair cut at Cut To The Chase for many years now. I love the way Lori cuts my medium short hair, lots of layers and wisps. I have gotten a huge amount of unsolicited compliments on my hairdo from total strangers over the years! If thats not a great, I dont know what is!

I love this place. Very competitive prices and friendly hair dressers. During the school season it can get fairly crowded but never terrible. I always make an appointment in the morning so I know exactly when Ill be seen. Unlike many salons, they are open on Mondays

The girls here do a great job with cuts, coloring, and highlighting, and are very willing to work with you on a style you want. Theyve done a fantastic job on my hair with several different styles and coloring so I will keep going back to them.
