This is the second time in a year I try this nail salon and it has gotten worst. Dont waste your time or money doing your nails here. The staff is rude and unwilling to do what you want. I was unhappy with my nails and I informed the man what I wanted him to fix. He seem very unset and then started speaking to his co worker in a different language so I wouldnt understand what he was saying. That was every time I told him something. Which I found to be very rude. Finally when I went to pay he over charged me for the service. I told him I was unhappy with what he did and he just turned away started speaking to the other man his co worker and walked away didnt say sorry or how can I fix it nothing.

My experience at Kap Nail Salon 2 was terrible. I had a young girl that started my pedicure who had only been there a few days and was very hard on my feet and really had no idea what she was doing. I waited a very long time for my manicure, done by the owner, and before I got home my nails were all chipped and I had to redo them. The employees were walking around eating or eating in the public area, which I think was very unprofessional. AND the place was very dirty. I will never go back.

This place was so gross. They didnt even sanatize their tools. Also they did an awful pedicure. They had a senior working there that should not be. She had no pressure in her massage and all my toe nails were uneven. The water was cold and when I asked it to be warmer because it was cold she snarled about it. I would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and dirty. I left with no pain on my nails and still has to pay full price. I will never go back. Garbage customer service.

Horrible,man had my feet soaking then after scrubbing threw dead skin back in where my feet were,and proceeded to wash utensils while feet still soaking, used a rag, to wipe feet afterwards. Sloppy polish job, asked 2x to fix smudges before he thought he was done he just filed and said ok all done...

Every time I have tried to go here with an appointment I end up waiting an hour. One time I go without they push me out the door with no time for me - exact words and dont even try to offer another date. So done with this place
