Although Im extremely loyal to my own hair stylist for colors/cuts I travel weekly and visit various salons in cities all over the country. The only service I request is a blow out from an unfamiliar stylist. I have tried this salon 3 times this summer (June-August 2007) when in Ct. and Ive yet to walk out with a blow dry that would be considered accomplished. Typically I have to attend a work function and am heading directly to the airport but only once out of my three visits did I not have to immediately have my hair done again (prior to attending the event). Ive even seen one of their "senior stylists" twice and a blow dry is a basic request. This salon just doesnt seem to offer a consistent or quality product and I would not recommend it to anyone. Good luck but try another salon. Ive been to hundreds of salon nationwide and this tops the worst list.:)

I went to Headliners for a basic Manicure and Pedicare. I felt that the prices were very high for these services, as I typically pay about $20 less at other spas. I was very diappointed with the quaility of the mani and pedi. I had more polish on my cuticles than on my nails, I had jagged edges still on my nails and the color I asked for was NOT the color that the nail tech put on my toes (although it was a red, it was not the particular color red I had chosen from the sample). I usually go to Elle Nails and decided I would try something a little more high end and went to Headliners. I think I will stick to Elle Nails as I have never left there with such a poor quality mani and pedi as I did when I went to Headliners.

Kim at Headliners is not only an amazing hair stylist who is highly recommended by anyone who has been to her from the large hospital I work for, but she will flex her schedule to accommodate her clients needs. I travel from Simsbury and know several people who travel greater distances for an appointment with Kim. Its an extremely busy salon, but Ive never had to wait. Ive also received excellent customer service from other staff at the salon. If you need a Keratin treatment, Kim is the expert to see.

Great service and prices! I get my hair cut and colored by Dana, and although I don’t go in frequently she always remembers what we last talked about and my styling preferences. She’s so personable and friendly, and always does a really fantastic job. Last time I went in, I asked for something a little different and added bangs – she gave me all the pros and cons, and walked me through exactly what she was going to do and I love it! Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have been going to Headliners for the past two years and have consistently been pleased with my appointments. Ive been a client of Julias since day one and knew from my first appointment that I finally found the perfect stylist. She transformed my hair and Im always being complimented on both the color and style. Several of my friends and colleagues are now clients of Julias and have never been happier...

I recently received AWFUL color from another salon and went to Headliners in hopes of getting it fixed. I was BEYOND pleased with Nicoles ability to completely transform my orange and red streaked hair into golden light brown. She had to picked through each piece of hair and worked so diligently in getting my hair to the desired color. I cannot speak for any other stylists, but Nicole was a life saver for me!

Its on the pricey side but I keep coming back because its worth it. I strongly recommend Emily for cuts and highlights. Ive been going to her for years and shes amazing.
