I continue to get my hair cut here, not because I really like it, but because they are the only place around that can fit me in the same day I decide I want my haircut. I have difficulty keeping appointments, so this works for me. However, they now have 3 different tiered stylists and personally the only difference for the "more experienced" stylists are the prices. It is definitely over priced for the services provided. Once I got a pedicure there and I will NEVER make that mistake again. My facial was ok but again, overpriced for them to just tell me to go to a dermatologist.

Zero Stars! (Had to choose 1 to be able to post this review). I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend Vivo Salon. My daughter has been getting her haircut here for years and theyve gone steadily down hill. Shes been the recipient of haircuts that have become progressively unsatisfactory. This is not something you want to inflict on a 12 year old -- the most recent haircut is blatantly two lengths in the back, and you dont want to tell a child their hair looks unflattering and like it was cut at home! Avoid this Salon!

The people at Vivo Salon are not only very pleasant. but are also exceptional at what they do. When one of my teenage daughters fried her hair with bleach and blue hair dye, the girls at Vivo came to the rescue and did an amazing job of fixing the mess she made. When they were done her hair was not only back to her natural color, but it was manageable and the overall condition was improved incredibly. I highly recommend Vivo, and if you have a hair emergency they are up to the challenge.

Katelyn was wonderful - color, cut, everything was perfect- the girls are wonderful and friendly and professional- and I moved here from New York, and had very high standards- first place that Ive been to in 4 years in the Upper Valley - where they really know what they are doing in terms of color- will be a loyal customer!

I bought their spa experience package. The girl who did my body wrap facial and pedicure was amazing ! I also got a manicure there, they let me keep the opi polishes they used on my nails. They delivered me lunch which was delicious ! I had an awsome experience
