Cathy showed us the apartments at 13 Dartmouth Street, Worcester. She and MetroWest Real Estate, the owners, seem to be running some sort of scam. The apartments and MetroWest are the absolute WORST! They do not maintain the building at all. The paint is now chipping, cracking, and falling from the ceiling. The walls are cracking. They do not plow the parking lot during the winter in a timely manner. Cathy, and MetroWest lied about the lead paint hazards in the building. There is mold overgrowing. The AC has not worked most of the summer. Even in 90+ degrees, they have not repaired the AC. One tenant was without heat for 2 weeks during the winter because they wouldnt fix it! They are dishonest and WILL take advantage of you if you dont know the law in Massachusetts. Beware.

We were scammed by a landlord we found through RE MAX and ended up renting a condemned property. The agent we worked with denied the issues and then started ignoring us. I dont think they do much research into the people and properties they work with.

AVOID. Bogus people and phony listings. Running scam ads on craigslist and other websites to bait people and then try to rip them off.
