When we decided to sell our house, we did some online research and came across Maribeth. She is one of the highest rated agents in Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas. She came to our home a couple of days after we spoke. She knew our Ternberry neighborhood very well and came fully prepared with the comps and her plan. We selected her because of her vast experience, local knowledge, and most importantly, her great personality. We were not disappointed. She and her team easily surpassed all our expectations. Maribeth has a very talented staging expert on the team who did an excellent job setting up the home. She also has an amazing professional photographer who came to our home twice - once to get pictures for the marketing launch and then after the staging to photograph the entire home. It is rare in this industry to have access to that kind of help included in the service. Thanks to those efforts, we had a strong interest at the open house. We were fortunate to have many competing offers and the house was sold within four days of listing and above asking price. We couldnt have been more pleased. Maribeth made the whole process, from listing the house to the final sale, extremely easy. She was always on top of things and super responsive - there was hardly any text or email that did not get answered within a few minutes at any time of the day. To top that off, Maribeth also helped us with any questions we had regarding our next house purchase. We were moving to a distant town and working with another buyers agent with local knowledge of that area.
