Completely unprofessional!!! If it was possible to give a 0 star rating I would, if you hope to have a convenient rental process Id stay clear of Lila Delman. The rental department is unaccountable and consistantly gives bad information about available houses. I have worked with them for 2 months to find a house and on several occasions asked if others were applying to these houses. Not only did they do a walk through with us at these houses, they also told us they would begin the leasing process with the landlords. This was NOT the case, both times I called to confirm the meeting with the landlords they explained the houses werent available...they could not be more unorganized, they dont care about you or your rental process.

Updating your website pictures of 27 Congdon Street would assist future renters to make an informed decision whether or not to rent. Very disappointed with your agents rehearsed excuses for property inadequacies of basic furniture provided, kitchen appliances not working properly, and dinning table not large enough to accommodate more than 7 family members! Think twice before considering this expensive rental property. Location is great, however.
