------Go some place else that cleans them in-house ------ After spending $65+ dollars a week on cleaning from this place Im less than happy with the service standard and services this dry "cleaners" provides. First two weeks were fine the following weeks were horrible. I had to send back clothes due to them not being washed and pressed correctly. Brand new out of the box white dress shirts came back with unknown stains and lint covering the arms and folds of the cuffs. I expressed my urgency that I needed these clothes cleaned right the first time. The manager was supposed to "talk" to the employees the first time. This did not occur or was unsuccessful at the very least. During my next direct visit articles that were sent back to be re-cleaned came back in worse condition then when they left the first time, now I have to send them back for a third time too be cleaned. This time the owner was "going" to call me this did not happen. It has taken more than 8 days and counting to get one shirt cleaned and now i question if it can be cleaned due to the large number of mysterious stains. Even if you talk to management you are rolling the dice with this place if you expect expertly cleaned clothes for client meetings and engagements. If I could choose a negative star amount I would. I do not recommend this place to a friends or family.

The lady who assisted me didnt know what to label my jumper so she listed it as a dress. She really didnt know what she was doing and and stated that nobody else was there to help and that she was not sure. She also did not inform me that I would be charged if the stain could not be removed which disappointingly enough could not and I was not told this until after I paid. I will definitely not be returning—its disappointing that all of the dry cleaning businesses in this area are incompetent of doing exactly what they state they will do and if theyre unsure they will not even state that!
