First time using a laundromat. The Mrs. showed me how to use the washer since it is very different from what I had back home. Both Mr. and Mrs. Are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Spacious and convenient clean tables located in a manageable spot. $2.50 for a washer and 25 cents gets you 7 minutes of dryer time. Free wifi and Michigan football helped kill the 40 mins of wash time. Hopefully I wont need to use a laundromat again but I will definitely use this one again if needed. Smells good in here as well. I liked the sign in the bathroom that said dont drink the water haha

Im very sorry for a half rate but this place is very hot. No. AC. Did not stay long the mom & dad. Are good people. But there kids not very good at customer service I was recently here again many machines are broken down customer service is still crappy but I only come here for one reason and thats to get my clothes clean in and out sometimes easy sometimes its very busy and hard to get in and out but its a business a very good one at that they make good money here dealership you think it would invest a little more and to the business

Very rude as soon as you walk thru door they chase you down to see what laudary u have. Signs of rules are posted everywhere but she felt the need to follow me and repeat them. I had a queen comforter and she tried making me use largest washing machine. Then when I used dryer she screamed at me in front of my child and said she seen me put 2 coins in it, when I only put one.

My dryer broke so in a pinch had to run up and use theirs. Didnt have a terrible experience but there were so many "rules" posted everywhere that made us feel very uncomfortable. Prices were pretty average, machines were okay. Seating was uncomfortable and a few chairs were broken. I would definitely try another place before returning to this one.

When I brought in my first load in it weighed 35 lbs for the laundry service and when I brought in my second load 30 seconds later (2 lbs of clothes) she tried to charge me for 10 lbs due to the minimum of 10. How did 35lbs of clothes not count for the minimum, this place tries to rip people off and are rude as hell while doing it.

Fabulous custom service. They helped me weigh my clothes so I would use the correct washer and dryer for optimal price and efficiency. Also, not blistering hot inside unlike others Ive been to.
