For the last 4 years Ive come here one day a week and my husband comes a second day. Thats 8 visits a month by our family, 104 visits a year. I put 4 quarters in a machine and it started spinning. I left for a few minutes, came back and the machine wasnt running. I told Val, the woman who works there, that my machine stopped running. She said I never put any money in it. I told her I put 4 quarters in. She said I didnt. I said I know I did because the machine was running. She said it was never running. I said, "Val, I come here once a week, why would I lie over a dollar?" She said I must have put the quarters in another machine by accident." Then she went back to folding clothes and didnt bother to help me find which machine she believes I put my quarters in. So I gathered my belongings and left. I found another laundromat closer to home that doesnt smell like marijuana. For a business to let a long time customer permanently walk out the door over one dollar, they dont deserve my business, or anyone elses.

I think you guys are just coming in at late times and getting mad about it. Sometimes family owned businesses close early if business is "slow". The customer service is nice and way friendlier than the people at the laundromat off Fort & Pennsylvania. I come here hours BEFORE they close and theyve never given me a hard time. Go to a 24/7 laundromat. If you had to stand on your feet from 10am-9pm smelling peoples dirty underwear and gym socks, listening to the same damn conversations from the same damn people day after day after week after week I bet youd be a little unfriendly towards the end of the night and I bet youd be itching to get home. I just met the owner about 25 mins ago, really nice guy. That is all.

Worst customer service! They close at 9, but apparently the last load is at 8? Never seen that in a laubdromat, but ok. I pulled in the lot at 8:01 with one load to do (prob. Half an hour worth) and the lady came outside just to tell me that I couldnt do laundry. Ridiculous! And of all the ways to inform me, she chooses to be as rude as possible about it, like I should have known their weird rules. Generally, closes at 9 means AT 9! Change your misleading hours and maybe find another slightly breathing employee to let slowly wait old age out at your store and pretend to work?

DO NOT GO THERE! Worst customer service Ive received and witnessed others receive. I walk in at 7:30 and the older guy at the door tells me I have to be done by 9 pm rudely before even saying hello. Then he proceeds to tell me that I am not allowed to use the dryers on the top row because hes already cleaned them! I watched him curse someone out because they wanted to use the top dryers. Horrible experience, wont ever return.

I had good experiences with this place until recently when I came in at 8 oclock on the DOT and they told me that I could not do laundry even though they close at 9. They lost my business forever. Extremely rude and terrible customer service.

Closes at 9 pm and we only needed to wash one load and we got there at 8 pm exactly and the rude lady would not let us wash and we were not even going to dry. We would have been done by 8:25. Horrible service. Ill find somewhere else.

I hadnt had much experience at a laundromat before, and they were so helpful! Told me what machine to use, how much soap, and the protocol. Could not imagine a better place to do laundry. Will be back!

Clean store but customer service is poor, employees are smug because Proclean closed I drive out to Rockwood over goin here , which is a few blocks from home hate it , owner is a jerk

Apparently the staff did not want to stay open the hours listed on the door . Would not let me in at 8:15pm to dry one load No wash I said dry only and screamed through the door No!
