Just had a horrible experience with Jodi Strother. Not only did she not listen to what I wanted when I told her I was not happy was unwilling to even try and fix my hair - offered me half my money back and then emailed me and said she would not refund a dime. That is a scary way to do business and there is something not right with this woman. There may be other hair stylists at Accentrix that are competent but I would not recommend Jodi Stother. Mean and unreasonable is an understatement..
