My boyfriend and I both came in to the salon. He got a trim, which was beyond the worst cut I have EVER seen. It was completely lopsided. The girl who cut his hair didnt trim up the back of his neck or around his ears. She was more worried about getting out of there for the night...if the employees are in a hurry to leave that should be a sign to get out too. The empoyee left before we even paid and left the salon. He went the next day to a local salon and got it fixed. I got my eyebrows waxed and the girl took off a chunk of skin. It took 3 days to heal. I also got my toe nails painted, which was a total rip off. They chipped by the next morning, thanks to the girls shotty workmanship. And then the girl at the register charged me for a pedicure when all i got was a paint job. ...Thanks for nothing studio 31

I have been going to Studio 31 since they opened. Gwen the owner is amazing! She is kind, professional and patient. I change my hairstyle frequently and she always has great honest suggestions. I have loved every haircut, and she runs on time which is important to me. Studio 31 is spotless and has a warm feel, hot and cold drinks are offered as well. I really do feel so comfortable there, maybe too comfortable because it always ends up being a fun time, feels like a day out with friends. The daytime receptionist Sharon is awesome. She seems to know everyones name and greats people with a friendly smile and knows just what they are there for. She is also professional and organized. So happy to have found a place that gives me that much needed feeling of being pampered, and a great haircut and color to boot!

This is such a great salon! I love going here. StaceyMarie is my stylist and she definately makes sure she talks to you and always asks if it looks okay as she is cutting. The first time I went i wanted almost 6 inches cut off and we sat and talked about it before she would even cut--She wanted to make sure that I was absolutely certain! Scalp massages come with every shampoo ( I have a hard time not falling asleep!) Refreshments are offered while you are waiting and everyone is always friendly and helpful. It has a high-end feeling but not high-end pricing---I highly reccommend!!!!

So as you can see their hours read that they open until 8. Dont let this fool you. My mother and I stopped in to get a trim on our hair (that takes what 15 mins??) a little after 7:30. Mind you when we walked in there were no customers in the salon. When we approached the counter, the girl was rather rude and walked to the back and then came up and stated "Sorry we dont take anyone after 7:15." Wow. Can we say rude? Thats okay, I will go somewhere that actually appreciates business. What can I say their loss at making $60.

I started going here after my mother talked about how much she loved it. I have really thick hair and I have to be really careful about who I go to because some people just cant handle it. I go to Kylee here and she does a fantastic job. I like to change up my hair styles and she is always very careful to make sure I am going to like what she does and I have never had a bad hair cut from her. I love Kylee and the work she does is fantastic. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hair stylist.

I called on a Saturday morning expecting to not get an appt. until the next week and I was so surprised when she had an opening in just a few hours. I went and was greeted with smiles. The hairdresser and I talked about what I wanted done and she was just wonderful with some suggestions and she did a great job on my haircut and style. I will definitely go back. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience I had.

Came into the hair salon with a picture and a general idea of what color i wanted my hair to be. Kristin, a young but extremely talented stylist/colorist, showed me some color options for my lowlights, and made some recommendations. She was sweet, professional, and her recommendations for hair color/length were spot on - i LOVE my hair. I will definitely re-book with Kristin and return to Studio 31 in the future!

Literally the worst customer service I had gone to them for years and only had an issue with 1 of their stylists who did a dry hair cut on me and left me with split ends offered to bring me in to have the SAME girl do my hair I refused and they said that I would not be offered a refund of my money lost my business.

This salon is top notch!!! Very professional ambiance! Chrissy is amazing!! She listened to my concerns and what I wanted. She educated me more than any stylist ever has!! She is also super laid back and fun to be around!! If you are looking for a great stylist, shes the one!
