I went 07/25 at 5:00 pm. Told the stylist to leave the length in the back just trim it, take 1/2 inch off every where else and cut around the ears. She took 2 inches off the back and now the length I have worked so hard to grow is in the trash. I am totally embarrassed by way I look. I work in the public so it is not as if I can through on a hat and hide this disaster. Maybe she should spend more time listening to the customer instead of yakking with the co worker about cupcakes and cheese cake and going to Applebes. I have always gone to Smartsyle but this is the last time I will go there to get a haircut.

I go and strictly see Eva. She does amazing with my eyebrows, even the first time I went and had them shaped. I recently had her cut 6 inches off my hair(something I havent done in years) and she eased my anxiety about it, not to mention it looks fabulous! I like it better than when it was long. I recommend her to everyone!

Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had could have cut it better myself. Not sure if the lady was nervous or should just not be cutting hair but very shaky hands. I will advise people not to go here. (No option for zero stars)
