Terrible. Just terrible. I have gone there before to get my makeup and hair done up for parties and it looked great. Made the mistake to go there to get my hair cut. I wanted a short nice hair style and even showed pictures of what I wanted and asked before cutting to see if the stylist would think it would look nice on me. Needless to say, ended up walking out of there looking like a young boy, not a young lady. I was outraged. I couldnt believe it. I hated every bit of it. Plus my stylist seemed rushed and even made the back a bit off. Dont mistake the professional look. Unless your going to get your makeup done, dont waste your money and 8months of hair to grow back at this salon.

I received a generous gift certificate from my husband for my birthday. I was overjoyed, had never had a day at the spa. After my little one had been in and out of the hospital, I was due for a day of relaxation. However, when I went to use my certificate, I got the complete run around. I had all of the original reciepts and certificates, yet was told I could not use the certificate. They blamed a co-owner dispute as part of the reason. After several phone calls, and about a million different reasons, we were out $75.00 with no services. I felt they could have handled the situation much better. I will never refer anyone to this business. They took our money and ran.

Love my hair style, I receive compliments when Im in public more than I had with any other hair style. My stylist cuts and colors to my preference and offers product ideas for a healthier, longer holding styles. This place is the cutting edge for modern styles you may be looking for!

By far the best salon in the area! I drive from Mt Morris to get my hair done at this salon! I have gone from short to long with out the horrible in between look you normally get when growing your hair out. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming.
