I got my hair done here and had a horrible experience and will never go back! I have been a blond for 10 years and was a brunette for 2. I went there to go back to a blond, however my hair and a tint of red in it. I am not a hairstylist I do not know how color works so instead of telling me you lets go gradually he went ahead and did what I asked and my hair turned Orange! Everyone kept telling me it looked fabulous and thats how it was supposed to look...no Im not an idiot blonds arent brassy orange heads. When I got my hair washed I left with a soaking wet back, my head was tugged on so much when combing, when I said owe that hurts it was"ya I know" and did nothing to change it! When I was put under the dryer I was never offered a magazine. And the co-workers were whispering in each others ear and then busting out laughing....hi that is rude! Oh yea and when I asked to get my bangs trimmed before I knew it there were hacked off! most of the time people say ok how short do you want them?! They are bangs people!!! Needless to say they will be pinned back until they grow out. 220$ later....I hate my hair!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Went in for highlights and left with bulks of burnt off pieces of hair and a burnt scalp. Not going to blame the whole salon but Wedian did my hair, she definitely did not know what she was doing. She was foiling my hair for over an hour and kept me on high heat under the dryer. My hair was over-processed and my scalp felt like it was on fire. Did not realize how bad it was till I got home, she lied and told me my hair only fell out from the bottom. I come to find out there were bulks of very short peices of hair on the crown of my head where my scalp was burned. THEN I have my mom take a look at my sore scalp. There were patches of red, hard yellow scabs with clear puss coming out. Had to chase the salon down with phone calls for a week leaving messages with the receptionist that would say she would have the manager call me back. At first they offered me a treatment and free products and declined my request for a full refund. After a week of phone tag and sending them pictures I finally got my full refund.

I took mom to get a haircut and blow dry with Olla and she was great. Shes very nice and did a great job. I give HER service 5 stars. I asked her if they offer facials and she said "yeah Marie Ann ( i think was her name) does a great job" and when I asked for the price she said "I think $50". What we werent told was that MarieAnn also does makeup. During the appointment a girl who got her make up done came into the room and asked Marie Ann to fix her make up. The facial was horrible, it was probably 30 minutes and Marie Ann was in the room for about half of that time. She kept getting called back to do a "quick" eyebrow wax or something similar. She was in and out of the room every few minutes. The facial consisted of a 10 minute steam and 1 min extraction and 20 min facial mask and some cream application. Thats it. And it cost $60. Horrible. I expected much more for $60, at least the full hour.

Came to this location on Monday May 23rd 2016 for a blow dry..... I initially called and asked for 2:00 pm spoke to Lauren but since I was coming from Canada and its a holiday for us..... the us customs was busy.... I called to notify that I was running late and would Come in 2:30 asking if thats ok and Lauren said it was perfectly fine....... After I get here Im told by Wael I would have to wait over 30 minutes since someone who was also booked same time was getting full colour done instead of roots (client changed her mind last min) ..... In this case Lauren should have said that 2:30 doesnt work when I called to Notify I was running late and should have told me someone is booked for 2:30 ...... If you want to be at an event on time dont come to this place....... Wouldnt recommend it to any single person I know....... Hire organized individuals!!!! With some common sense when booking apps!

If I could rate them zero I would. I received a facial from a beautiful lady. I assume she knew what she was doing her skin was gorgeous along with her make up. Not only did I lay down on some rinky bed in some dirty room. But she continued to leave and come back along with other people coming into the room it was not relaxing at all. I have never had a facial where they actually try and pop every blemish on your face with their hands. It hurt!! The next day I woke up with a rash all over my face and down my neck. Im nervous and she told me that she gives her older gentleman special massages that she doesnt offer to everybody. What the hell does that mean and what the hell is on my face? It is been three days and the rash has not gone away. Im waiting to hear back from the manager and hopefully getting a full refund. Please beware. This was embarrassing and painful. SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!!!

BEWAREEEEE!!!!! The worse salon I have ever been to in my entire life. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I booked them for my sisters wedding and had Olla do the brides makeup. She finished in 10 minutes and did a horrible job, and didnt want to change it at all. She absolutely refused to change it and charged me 175 for her makeup. After making a big deal and throwing a tantrum she finally agreed to have one of her workers fix it up a little but didnt have the respect to come and talk to me to fix it herself. it still didnt look the way it should. My other sister had an appointment with her that same day and she refused to do her hair. Very very unprofessional. She was so mean to us. I swear if it wasnt my sisters wedding I would have made it the biggest deal ever but I didnt want to ruin my sisters special day. To all brides out there... BEWARE!!!! Her job is horrible.

I went there to get my hair done.worst experiance ever.I was trying to go blond and my hair turned orange.after sitting there and the stylist telling me she was going to fix it....lol.six hours later hair wss still orange.the whole time she was doing my hair she was complaining.she was tugging on my hair like she was going to rip it out.I was so upset that I called the owner the next day.he said that it would be taken care of.four hours later I still hated my hair.then can you believe that the stylist tryed blameing me snd telling me that the obvious fact thst she does not know what shes doing was my fault lol.then she had the nerve to ask me for more money after I payed 240 dollars .even though the tanning service is great.I would never recommend getting your hair done there.bad service and bad buisness.
