This place is awful. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 am, but when I got there, they made me wait 45 minutes. They then escorted me to a stylist whom I told what I wanted done to my hair (which I told another stylist and the man who runs the desk 3 times over the phone before my appointment and once when I actually arrived.) This stylist informed me that she had another appointment soon and my dye job would take too long. I then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes till someone could finally do my hair. At the end, it took much longer to do than they informed it would, coupled with the immense waiting, I was an hour late to work, which started at 4 pm. The stylist didnt even blow dry my hair. I told her I may be late to my job, so instead of providing me with a towel, she left my hair soaking wet to go into the freezing cold. I was charged $100 for a maybe passable hair dye job. Ill stick to doing my hair at home from now on. Avoid this place if you can.

I went in to get my hair dyed to match my clip in hair extensions. The lady was rude. You think me being there for two hours with her she would make conversation. Ha!! She talked to the other stylists and the "regulars"! She lifted the black streaks out of my hair and the lady helping her kept trying to give her tips and she kept saying no its fine. She rushed it big time. Then she had the audacity to charge me $125 at the counter calling her horrible dye job a color correction! I have blond and red patches in my hair and her response was: its underneath, no one will see it!!! My extensions are dk brown with a light tint of red! I will Never go to this place again and would urge people to look else where.

I overheard the staff making rude comments about me. Highly unprofessional. At least wait until the client leaves! I will never return, or recommend this salon.
