I dont normally review businesses but I feel I owe it to the public to warn them of this disastrous place. Never in my life have I ever experienced such horrible service before. I walk in today with my 2 lil girls waited in line behind 3 other ppl. Only one cashier, she looked as miserable as can be. About 5 mins later or so, it was my turn. I placed my order and swiped my card but apparently something went wrong. The cashier mumbled some stuff to me but i couldnt make out what the issue was. She called out to the manager but no one came so she pretty much just stood there for a good 3-4 mins. As the line kept growing behind me. Finally she stepped away and starting to walk through out the back going from door to door as I and the other customers watch her in confusion. Finally we see her take off her apron and just walk out of the back door. Another girl comes up to the cashier area and doesnt even acknowledge me or the rest of the customers in line. At that point i started fuming, i asked her if she was the manager and she replied yes. I then began to tell her Ive been standing there waiting to finish my transaction and go along with my day but she quickly replied back to me with pure frustration that she just walked in and has no idea what was going on. She finished making the drinks for the lady ahead of me and finally came to assist me. Apparently my transaction went through and my order was already done but the cashier that walked out on her shift never bothered to give me my receipt or tell me i was all set. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot into this establishment ever again. Disgusted! Oh and the best part of all, after all this I paid $7.99 for a large mac and cheese for my daughters just so I can get home to find a large bowl that is only half filled. What a rip off seriously!

I dont live very far from this location and we eats here quite often. The soups are very good and Ive had some decent sandwiches and salads. Pastries and bagels are excellent. The only ongoing issue I have is its very pricey for a chain restaurant. I went there today and ordered the Steak Wraps off their hidden menu. It was really bad. I shouldve returned it for something else, but I was there with my rambunctious 3 year old and it was crowded, so it wouldve been difficult. I was hungry, so I forced myself to eat it as not to waste $8.50. It was 4 bites of bloody steak and lettuce, cukes & mushy tomato with no type of sauce or spices to give it flavor. A few weeks ago I ordered the hummus chicken off the hidden menu and it was delicious and filling. Stay away from the steak, especially if you dont like it still mooing.

If you have nothing to do for the day...youre bored come to this establishment (dont even bother to come on a lunch break)...itll take you about 27 minutes to wait in line to order your food and about another 12 minutes to actually get your food . Friendly cashiers yes....but most of the other employees have an attitude of " when can I get outta here! Also "Bravo " on the genius who thought its a good spot to have customers wait in a long line right at the entrance ,people coming in and out the same door . If your coming inside to wait in line to order your food especially the baked goods and bagles,,,the area where the cashiers take your order and have to fill the order,they touch money all day and be more than happy to grab you that baked good item with their bare hands that theyve touched money all day long!

I ordered rapid pickup. It was ready when I got there but nobody bothered to let it be known the cookies I ordered werent in the bag. I then stood in front of the register for 5 minutes and not one of the numerous workers I saw thought to ask if I needed anything (nobody was in line, just me. If it was busy I wouldnt have minded the wait). I then had to go up to the guy at the bakery who saw me standing there as well but didnt offer assistance asking for help. He offered me different cookies which cost less than the ones I paid for and I said I just want a refund. Apparently they dont do refunds for online orders. 2 stars for at least giving me my macaroni and trying to give me vouchers Id probably never use.

Terrible the only good person was the cashier.The manager was GHETTO.RAN OUT OF BAGELS AND SOUP. THIS PLACE IS OPEN 7&1/2 hours more. Then there are 5 registers and only one works how sad is this I will never step foot in this place again oh and out of coffee for one full hour You need to replace your manager and some help.Emeu one of servers behind counter got voicey in an unpleasant manner

Quiet place 30 go eat & sip a great chai tea. Dessert and breads are all out relish. Soups are liker homemade without the huge mess. I have zero dislikes leave one. It is a bit on the high side of affordable. Not @ Michigan Avenue as it is very special. Go there if youre ever out of $ & see what happens at the register. Believe me,

I ordered the breakfast quiches and coffee cakes for a morning Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce meeting we were hosting and everything was ready on time. The cashier was not good at all.Not pleasant and I had my order but he took 5 to 10 minutes to make a smoothie. He acted as if he didnt want to be there and asked another employees if he wanted to take his shift While I was placing my order. Salads excellent but service needs improvement

This place DESERVES 5 stars. The place is always busy and I can tell that they are all working their butts off. Besides doing that, every worker is extremely friendly and fast. They always are apologizing for your wait but I never notice the wait!!!

Compared to other Panera Bread franchises in our area, the salad portions at this place are skimpy. The cash registers are understaffed, so the wait for service is lengthy. One has the impression that the bottom line takes priority over service.

They didnt have an ingredient so they refunded me. Gave them a $10 bill and got back $7 in bills and ~$2 in change. Added up to $9. I was standing there the entire time. Why couldnt I get my $10 back? I didnt even bother to correct the refund.

This place is always so busy. It is always a long wait, but I dont mind, because I go into it knowing about it. The food is always awesome, so I wouldnt risk going anywhere else after receiving not so great food at a few other locations.

This Panera was clean for the most part. The cashiers werent friendly, but they were pleasant. One of the employees offered us free bread while we were here.
