I was immediately matched with, John Delia. John was amazing. His professionalism was top-notch and he had my best interest at heart. He didnt settle until we reached the best possible deal. He presented quick resolutions to every problem we faced. With the help of John and In-House Realty, I was able to close on my first home. I was very impressed with Tom and his team as they took the time to show my wife and I over 20+ homes. Some weekends they would schedule 5 homes in a day for us to look at. When we finally found our current home and were under contract Tom and someone from his team were always there during the inspection, contracted work, and any other appointment that was needed. Since we have closed they have reached out more than once just to check in and make sure everything has been going well. They go above and beyond what anyone should expect from their agent. I would 100% recommend Tom and his team to anyone else looking to purchase a home.

Looking at a house for sale that was listed by Shawn Walker from In House Realty which I liked. Through my Remax agent put together an offer letter which they verbally accepted. I was excited, then we sent them a purchase agreement which they took their time on and got back with me and said they have accepted another offer. Thats right, said yes to me and then came back and said no. I assume he was working with another seller to drive up the selling price. Either way amazingly unethical! Stay away from these people. Unprofessional and unethical. Filthy!

Had such a great home buying experience with Loraine Patterson. She knows her stuff and really took being our advocate in the home buying process seriously. She was very easy to contact and had a quick turn around on all correspondence no matter the time of day. As first time home buyers we really appreciated all of her knowledge on the different things that came up along the way. She even helped hold and care for our 6 month old while we looked at homes and signed loan documents!

Has your realtor gotten back to you about your housing needs? This was the question from In-House Reality coordinator and of course she has not. This is after not having any help from the first agent. Not pleased with this service! Assigned two agents with ZERO HELP with my home purchase. My grade for the realtors F MINUS and agent coordinator A PLUS!!!!
