Have no other place to complain, so will add my review here. Had really bad experience with this people and with Derek Pratley personally. In winter 2015 he talked me into signing lease for one of the houses in Madison Heights (the house itself was fine more or less). He promised me that back yard will be renovated and repaired after snow will melt. At that time I wasnt able to judge how bad back yard looked because it was covered in snow. So after spring came nothing happened. I kept calling every week, I send letters with pictures attached and then when weeds where already blooming somebody came over and mow a bit and rake some dirt around, leaving behind constructions trash, broken glass, rocks, etc. Its almost summer now -- I have no back yard, seems like I rented apartment instead of the house. Every my call now I hear the same thing: we will call you back with update. But they never call. This is clear fraud in the inducement. Dont deal with this people — its not worth it.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE THIS LITTLE OLD LADY WHO SITS AT THE DESK AND ALL SHE EVER SAYS WHEN YOU CALL WITH ANYTHING IS "I WILL PASS THE MESSAGE ALONG". HOWEVER, NOONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK ON THE ISSUES THAT ARE SERIOUS. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE DUMB AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY HAVE THIS ONE GUY NAME ED WHO MUST HAVE A BAD LIFE BECAUSE HE HAS A SMART MOUTH AND IS RUDE AS WELL. I CONTACTED THE OWNER THOMAS STYF TO ALERT HIM OF THIS HE NEVER RESPONDED, I FINALLY GOT THIS JERK ON THE PHONE AND HE SAYS TO ME "WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH ED" WOW IM GLAD YOU HAVENT NOW YOU DO. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE AND SHOULD HAVE THEIR REALTOR LICENSES REVOKED.

We rented for 2 years through here and TDS resources/complete property management. There was water damage in the home that we requested maintenance on 4 different times in a year including mold appearing on the walls! They never repaired it. When we contacted the city it turns out they were not even registered as landlords through the city and the home was not to standards nor were the taxes EVER up to date. When our lease was up, the condition of the home was nitpicked and even documented damage from when we moved in was blamed on us - of course so they could keep our security deposit. Sue the receptionist is very rude and not at all helpful!
