HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! Everything on the website is a complete LIE!! I called last week set up a appt. and no one ever showed up I thought maybe I didnt hear the door so I gave it another chance I called again the same Idiot who answered last time (Robert) answered again he took my info again and said he will call me back in 15 minutes he never called back and again nobody showed up here. Dont waste your time find a real company who handles business correctly.

They guy didnt complete the job and said they would come back out never did, and stole $275. Im taking them to court next month. I called Hoover and they came out and fix the job National electric was suppose to finish. The manager called and said he would try to fix the issue so I could take down my comment. He hasnt called back in days. Please do not call this company they are rude and thieves.

They dont carry light bulb or sensors, so they really cant complete the job. But you still have to pay the service fee. Piss poor service!
