The quality at Ross used to be OK to good depending on what you got. I usually get the same thing when I order and in the past there have only been a few times when I have been really disappointed. A lot of my co -workers now to refuse to go there because of various reasons concerning food they order but I still went every now and then to get my usual because it was convenient and cheap. But today was the last straw. I order bake chicken and after eating a couple pieces discovered that the food was uncooked and pink. I pulled back the skin on every piece of chicken and a few that I thought were red from hot sauce actually had blood on the bone. It came with free shrimp that didnt taste right and smelled funny. I threw that away because it was free anyway. The only thing that was good was my bake potatoes. I called and took the food back and got a refund and I thought that everything was OK until I got to work and started vomiting. Now my stomach is in knots and very sour. I should have listened to my coworkers about their food being not cooked properly instead I had to learn the hard way. I will NEVER be back!

I try to support my neighborhood Soul Food place but I cant anymore. My first visit was OK. I ordered the chicken dinner with greens and mac and cheese. I said maybe they had a 99 year old woman cooking. I tried them for the last time on 9-23-16 never again my friend! The chicken was not thoroughly cooked, the mac and cheese tasted like mush. I had yams, I just gave them away with the roll to somebody who eats anything. I would not recommend this place for weddings, bar mitzvahs or anything. If they keep serving raw chicken the health department gone shut er down. I can set up shop right next door and do a better job! Just because prices are cheap doesnt mean its better. We used Ross Catering for our daughters first birthday party this weekend. We had a Carnival Theme and opted to have the Classic Plus menu. The food was perfect for the theme and was DELICIOUS. I had several inquires the day of and even the next day regarding whom catered the event. I was afraid that I would not have enough food for the 60 persons we were expecting, Mr. Ross guaranteed me that we would. We ended up with closer to 70 guest and had food left over. I highly recommend Ross Catering.

Ross Catering did my wedding back in 2007 and they did a great job. The food was hot, it was delicious and we had about 150 guests. They were excellent in their customer service and everything that they did. I am unfortunately divorced now, but If i ever get remarried. I am using them again.

Everything here is made by scratch, homemade all the way down to the dressing itself this is some of the best food Ive had from any catering company
