Wonderful experience with fantastic customer service! Richard was professional, experienced and a perfectionist. He was on time, explained our options and then went out of his way to be sure he installed just the right door knob hardware to match our existing locks, (even tho we told him it didnt matter to us, as long as it worked). We highly recommend Epsteins to anyone looking for excellent locksmith service at a reasonable price!
