I work at a retail store and was having issues with the lock on our front door. I called two different locksmith companys, one of which told me he wouldnt come out since our lock was at the bottom of the door and it was supposedly "bad for his knees". The second place I called never answered the phone. I finally called All Secured and the man who answered the phone was very friendly and knew exactly what the probIem was that I was trying to describe. He also knew exactly where our location was so I didnt have to do much explaining over the phone. They came out to my retail location soon after I called and fixed the lock in less than 5 minutes. I will be throwing our old locksmith information away and only calling All Secure from now on.

When he was done he made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Bryan his manager was awesome to ask what color I needed to match my current handles I had in the house. When I 1st called and talked to Brian Craley And told him I needed a key made for my camper he said he could do it but there was no way he could get to me that same day. I was leaving the next morning to go out of town and I explained the situation to him and he squeezed me in that day. I have worked with this company a couple times,the workers were never on time. I took days to get a call back. The accounting was well under par. It came across as a very disorganized office. The only reason they were used was because it was the cheapest in town. I will not make that mistake again!

Had to get a key made for my car since my spare and such broke charged in the triple digits for one key feel like i got ripped off couldve bought the setup with 2 keys new at the parts store for a couple bucks more but hey you live in learn COPY YOUR KEYS before it too late
