If you need anything key related. This is the place to go. I needed two ignition keys for me and my wife’s vehicles. At the dealer it would have cost us almost 600 dollars. It’s damn hard to find a place that will cut and program the keys. I got them here for under two hundred total. I know it sounds like a lot but these are ignition keys. One for a Mazda and one for a Malibu with the chips embedded and programmed into them. I had both done in about 30 minutes, programmed tested and working. Staff is friendly and the olderstyle business feel is a nice change from these cookie cutter generic new stores.

I own an old Victorian home and one of my locks broke. I was nervous about having someone mess with my antique door, but couldnt be happier with the results! Steve was on time and very courteous. He also ended up changing the rest of my locks on my screen doors and back doors for a very affordable price! I found them based off of reviews and highly recommend them!!! I came in to get a knob and deadbolt matched to the rest of my house, and I can say that their customer service was terrible. I waited 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged (the was only one other customer in the store), and once the associate finally did, he was so rude that I left. He told me my question about lock compatibility was stupid, as was getting a knob to match the others in my house. Horrible experience. I will never come back and recommend others dont either.

Walked in with my garage door lock, walked out with a new lock and two keys for 13.89. Thats how you make my day! The place had a nice charm about it. It was like stepping back in time when the people who helped you solve a problem, knew exactly how to fix it and had the part in stock. Terrible customer service: I called to schedule a key change at a recently purchased home and spoke with Tom Zipf. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 10:30 and 11:00 am. At 11:45 I called the office and spoke with Tom Zipf who advised that the technician was still working on a prior job and that I was still on the schedule. At 1:15 over two hours after the technician was scheduled to arrive I called Tom Zipf and cancelled the service.

My car key had a tear and a bend in it, so I went to Zipf to get a copy made before my original broke. 45 seconds after I handed him my key, he had a new one for me. Only $3.50!
