Took my car to get detailed...while the service guys were nice, they did a really half-assed job. I took a brief look when I picked it up, and it seemed decent, but then again, I was looking in a dark garage. As I drove home, I noticed a few "missed" spots here and there, but thought "Oh, they were nice, its just a little thing, no big deal." When I got home and took another look in the sunlight, it became apparent that it was more than a few neglected spots. I contacted them, they offered to re-do it, but at this point, Id lost half of my day to leaving my car with them and would really rather do it myself instead of babysit to make sure it was done right the second time. I asked for a partial refund - a reasonable request - and was told they would call me back. 2 hours later, and I had to contact them. I was told they would not do even a partial refund, and then was hung up on! NEVER giving this place my business again.

The prices for this car wash are amazing. A fully loaded wash is only $12.00! The staff was informative about what the washes provided and our car came out nice and clean. No streaks were left behind, big bonus for our black car. Also, initially going to this wash we werent sure what type of wash this was. (drive in, do it yourself, get out and wait for it, etc.) This car wash is a drive-thru car wash.

Wash was ok but the " FREE VACS " hardly work, no suction, missing hose on another. Had to go down the road to the self serve wash on 10 mile to re-do Id rather spend 75 cents for powerful vacs then ones for free that suck... or should I say dont suck and I dont have to be rushed by other people wanting to use the free vacs.

I got the basic wash and it removed all the dead bugs from a road trip. The price may seem a little higher than other places but the towel drying is included in the price. Plus my wash was free as a bonus for getting my oil changed at Mobil Lube.

My normal place was closed so I tried Super Car wash. There auto wash did a fantastic job on my truck and they hand dried indoors. Nice staff. I will be a repeat customer.
