On Friday at about 5:00 pm I pulled in to this car was and asked the attendant if vacuuming the interior was $4.00 as advertised on the sign. He looked puzzle and told me no this is seasonal. I proceeded to inform him then this sign should be taken down it is false advertising. He then said to me if you are going to get an attitude then you can back your car up. I told him I am not getting an attitude get your manager He then proceeded to get some person who is clearly no manager who proceeded to curse and use foul language at me and tell me to get the car out of his line. The more I tried to calm him down the more stupid got until the real manager came up to the car and asked what seemed to be the problem. The irate worker then threatened to punch out and drag me out of my car and punch my lights out. He told him to get away from the car and calm down. He asked me calmly to back my car up and the owner will be here in the morning his name is Chuck I complied with his request. He then said everything is on tape so you will be able to review the tape in the morning.

This place was terrible. The guys there were rude and unprofessional. I wanted the best I could get of a car wash and spent $7. The driers that dried the car were scratching the windows. They didnt hand dry the car without me paying an additional dollar to the guy there. I felt like he stole from me. They never applied the tire wax at the end, but I was so upset that I didnt care. I will never go back and I encourage others to not do business with them.

I just hope the owners see whats on here because its all true. The customer service is horrible, lazy workers, bad equipment. I will never do business here again. Im not wasting my time or money here for such crappy service. I think its BS to leave a car wash and still have a dirty vehicle when you leave.

Almost broke our side mirrors (they are automatic). Husband checked to see if they still worked and the guys just started yelling at him. What blatant disrespect! They damage cars and dont even care! We were lucky but some have not, will never use this business again. You lost a 11 year customer.

I went there today and told them I had stuff on the front of my car that needed to come off and they didnt get it off. Then when i payed for my $5 car wash they asked me if i wanted it hand dryed for an extra dollar. Since when does it cost an extra dollar for hand drying? Never going back again.

The Laziest, Ruddiest workers ever. Smoking, talking about another customer, instead of taking care of the customer in front of them, Smoking in the back when I arrived. Not sure why anyone would use this place, and they told me to “just chill”.

My trucks wheel wells and step bars were still muddy even with paying for the undercarriage wash. In too much of a hurry to roll cars through. Terrible dry job.

They scratched my car on the hood and my roof has a deep one on it. No they couldnt tell me anything as they dried it off!
