I came to this location and purchased the Mangers Special wash (about $8). After going through the wash, I saw a towel station, but was surprised to not see any workers there. I didnt think it was a huge deal, but when I turned the corner to leave, I saw all three workers sitting on the curb. One was smoking a e-cigarette vaporizer. Which is fine, but not the best representation of a business. When I got home, I noticed there was a decent amount of dirt still on my car. I called the next day and left a voicemail stating that I wasnt satisfied with the service rendered and inquired if I would be able to get it rewashed at no expense. After 24 hours receiving no response, I decided to call again and left another voicemail. This has not been resolved yet.

Well I dont know what happened but I just got the worst car wash ever there!!! The young man that sprays your car before it goes through the wash just sprayed one side of my car. He was busy on his phone. I paid for the works and they didnt brush wash my car or do anything to the wheels??? When I said something to the young man that drys your car he told me that the owner doesnt want them to brush wash the cars or tires, the machines will do it. Well they failed big time!!! My jeep looks like a toddler cleaned it, there are allot of areas missed that would have been cleaned if they would have brush washed it like usual. It never use to be like that there, I wont be going back!!!!

I got the $10 wash. The best they offer. Plus I tipped the 3 guys working $1 a piece. I was so disappointed. The wash I paid for included a tire wash wish I didnt receive. When I spray waxed after the wash I found things the wash had missed. Only went here because my usual place was closed. Ill wait next time and pay half.

The young employees are super rude and the little fat turds barely dry off your car if you dont tip at least $4!!! I only went because they were the only ones open...go to Utica and groesbeck next time
