Read this before you go here. Very bad experience. I could have washed myself and it would have came back better. I had a button up bright colored shirt, an Easter dress for my daughter that was wore for a couple hours, and a pair of all black jeans that costs $200. I trusted neighborhood cleaners to clean these properly and they didnt. When I picked up my clothes I took a quick look at my daughters Easter dress and the navy color on the dress was totally faded like the look of a navy shirt being washed and dried a bunch of times. When I asked them about it they said they didnt dry clean it, they said they washed it. I was furious because they could have called and said that it wasnt able to be dry cleaned and would it be ok for them to wash it, if not then come pick it up. But they didnt do that they just went ahead and washed it without asking. I didnt notice my other clothes until I got home and inspected them. The black jeans also came out faded. And my bright colored button up had blue inseam material inside the wrist cuffs which bled out on the outside of the wrist cuffs which is very noticeable if you look at it. I was told this shouldnt happen if its been dry cleaned. Its almost as they washed it and started ironing it when it wasnt completely dry, hence the bleeding outside the wrist cuffs because if it was totally dried it wouldnt have bled. Before I went here I was discouraged because it wasnt very professional looking outside or inside but I told myself Im just being crazy. Now I feel like I have to go to some well known dry cleaner or Im not going anywhere else cause I dont trust them with my expensive clothes. Just wanted everyone to be aware of this because I wish someone would have warned me and would have saved my self this bad experience.

Attention paid to the details. Shirt collars are scrubbed before washing, stains tagged if you point them out and animal fur removed (Im sure this must be an annoyance to them, but they lint roll the fur off before it goes in the bag). Alterations are available on site and are reasonably priced. Since the owner works there every day, all questions or requests are taken care of right there. The prices are slightly higher than the place across the street. But that other place must overload their machines because my clothes were never this clean. There is a difference between getting them clean and just getting them wet.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS!!! They are expensive for no reason and have the worst customer service ever. The woman that runs, is named Nadia. She is extremely unprofessional and doesnt get your stuff done on time. The place has a weird smell when you walk in and it screams "we dont care how our shop looks." DONT GO HERE EVER.
