Brought my husbands shirt in to be cleaned. It had french cuffs and when I picked up all the buttons on the sleeve were missing. I have never had this problem anywhere else before and didnt check it (my own fault). Unfortunately, we didnt realize till the next day while we were at a wedding and had to fashion new buttons ourselves out of a couple sewing kits. Will never return.

I had them hem two pair of wool pants. One pair came back fine. The 2nd pair looks horrible. They hemmed them like they were a pair of jeans. Do not bring you alterations to them.
