Hazel is a wonderful seamstress. I found her work to be very good, detailed, reasonably priced, and her turnaround time was exceptional, all within one week of when it was brought in. Hazel has an eye for detail and provides good constructive critique of what she believes needs to be done when altering dresses, suits, gowns, etc. I would highly recommend her services. The store also provides dry cleaning services which I also recommend. The suits, shirts, and jackets I have brought in for dry cleaning or laundering were picked up in excellent condition, again done within a few days of drop off. Ideal Bridal, Alterations, & Dry Cleaning is a new business in the Livonia area and goes above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Hazel is fantastic to work with--she is very understanding, kind, and highly knowledgeable. Her alternation work is impeccable. I brought my wedding dress to her to shorten the bottom, which was very time-consuming work, in addition to taking in a slit, and she pulled both off no problem. Both look amazing--as if they were made perfectly for me. Thank you, Hazel, for all of your help! Now that Ive gone to Ideal Bridal, I would go no place else for tricky evening gowns--and its worth the drive (I live 30 minutes away). Highly, highly recommend!

Hazel is amazing! I kept forgetting to get my bridesmaid dress altered and went to her shop two weeks before the wedding, she had my dress ready three days before, on the day I was leaving to go out of town. I went in to shorten my dress and she ended up fixing the top to fit better as well. Her alterations are flawless and my dress fits perfectly. She is a very sweet, trustworthy, caring lady. I highly recommend Ideal Bridal.

Im so glad that I went to Ideal Bridal to get my dress altered for a party this weekend. I came in on Tuesday and needed a hem and some other things done to my dress and Hazel was so sweet and helpful. She had it done by Friday morning and it looked perfect.
