The absolute worse cleaners I have ever experienced! The first time I used them and requested a new zipper for my winter coat and for it to be dry cleaned. They said it would take a week. I didnt get my coat back for over a month. I heard excuse after excuse as to why it wasnt ready. Ultimately their sign that states all garments cleaned on the premises is false because my coat was sent out for the repair and the cleaning. A year later and the zippee is coming apart. Fast forward to last week, the second and last time I used them I thought I requested a simple routine cleaning of one pair of pants and a press only on another pair of pants and a shirt. The dry cleaned pants and press only shirt was completed however the press only pants were lost. They still cannot find them and its been almost a week. The owner has not even given me the courtesy of a call back to compensate me for having to replace the pants. I will be calling for an update on my compensation upon completion of this review.

Used them for some time as a regular customer and put up with a lot of problems. The price kept me coming back! Finally had to walk away, The melted shirt buttons, scorched shirts, and double crease in my pants were a constant. The constant rotating staff they hire are incompetent. Yes, a lesson learned cheaper is not better.

Horrible dry cleaners. Take your business elsewhere. They change staff weekly and they dont know whats going on. Asked for manager and told managed never available.
