THIEVES!! So, I come here every week with my husband for us to do our laundry. The place doesnt look all that great and Ive even seen a small roach or two but we went anyways just because its so close to our apartment and it gets the job done. Other than one of the employees being rude to me once, wed never had a problem here. Today however I had to go alone to do the laundry. I took just three steps away from my stuff and turned my back for not even 3 minutes while putting my clothes in the dryer and when I turn back around to grab my money and start the dryer, it is GONE. Almost 5 dollars in quarters stolen and I can say with complete confidence that it was an employee who stole it because I was absolutely the only person in there besides the few ladies working there. They can forget getting my weekly business now.

I dropped my husbands blues jacket off on a Monday. That evening he found out that he was to get all new ones on Wendesday. I went in Tuesday to get them back because he needed them for the next day. I go in there to get them back only to find out that they are not there. Never was I told that the jacket would leave the shop. They manager/owner was the nastiest person ive ever met. I offer to go pick them up from wherever and they refused to let me go get them. I was willing to do anything to get them my husband NEEDED them hes active duty military... you cant bargin with the military and I figured they would know that. They are truely didnt care that they were screwing over and effecting my husband and his career. The most inconsiderate business people (if you would even call that place a business) Thanks so much..

Ive gotten my husbands Dress Blues done here as well as his Charlies. Their prices are affordable, the work is great and its done quick. Even in the mist of ball season i got his done in less then a week and next day for his Charlies for work. They have a drive through which i love since i have a one year old and its sometimes easier to just leave him in the car seat. I was hesitant at first about going due to the first review about the jacket being sent else where and what not...but I havent had any issues.They tell you upfront when your items will be done even the time to come in after so you know for sure that they will be there. I love their service and would recommend it to anyone.

Dropped off two loads for wash and fold. The lady behind the counter wanted to get back to her bag of Bojangles and was hoping Id F off so she said 3 days. I said that seemed like a long time for 2 loads, "oh well how about 2 days?". It was done in 2 days except I paid for wash AND fold. That means I expected my clothes to be folded, not stuffed in a trash bag. Didnt even bother to match up socks or turn anything right side out. Terrible service, good thing about J-Vegas, there are plenty of other cleaners who can get my money instead.

Horrible! I took my uniforms to be pressed and cleaned and they not only failed to fixed the wrinkles I asked them to, but added creases to my uniforms and moved the collar way up. I had to come back another day to pick them up after I noticed the mistakes, and they still were not fixed. After much effort they finally got it fixed. The girl at the front desk is very rude and of no help what so ever. I highly suggest one whom requires dry cleaning for their uniforms to seek out another establishment.

My friend took his service uniform in to get his rank sewn on and altered. After two days of his uniform being at the store, they still werent finished, not even started. Not only was the service incredibly slow and disappointing, but the customer service from the ladies was unbelievable. Never have I had such rude, impatient and disrespectful service from anyone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COASTAL CLEANERS.

RUDE. Rude, rude, rude. I lost my yellow and the woman at the counter acted put out and like it ruined her whole entire day. Then even asked how I managed to lose it in one day, on my way to a funeral lady, so sorry I lost the slip. It only took her an extra minute to find my items without the slip, it took her longer to be put out by me not having it. Well be bringing out dry cleaning elsewhere from now on

Dont ever take a real suit here!!! They almost ruined my $1000.00 suit. Train tracks down the front of my pants, almost pressed out the line in the cuff of sleeve!! also i was trying to look my clothes over and the lady serving me was complaining that i wouldnt pay then look. So i rushed and looked them over quickly and missed these issues. I will never take any other clothes here.

Ive used them a couple of times. No issues. I find it funny that people trash them, but love Shirleys. I guess no one realizes that Shirleys sends all of their dry cleaning to Coastal.

Attempted 3 separate times (dont ask why) for alterations/clean and press and all 3 they were at least a day if not more late on the time stated they would be ready by upon delivery

The cleaners is good and cheap. The actual service by the employees is horrible. The women are very rude and act like theyre doing me a favor by taking my uniform.

There a really fast dry cleaner and pretty affordable, but if you get your rank stitched, you better check it before you leave because mine were jacked up

This place has lots of machines at good prices. It also has restrooms for the customer, along with some arcade games and free wifi to pass the time
