Express review: 2.5 stars, horrible for alterations and repairs, possibly good for dry cleaning. Longer review: I brought in an NFL Combine hoodie that isnt available to the general public and two Under Armour tees. The Combine hoodie had a section of stitch that came undone because my triceps busted through them during a three week stretch of extreme workouts. The two tees needed to be cut off and made into muscle tees. As reference, I brought in one that I had done in Northern Virginia. The tees came out decent although not exceptional. They look fine until you look closely at the stitching. The Combine hoodie came out terribly with below average quality stitching. Ive attached a photo for reference and as evidence. Ive pretty much chalked this piece as a total loss because the new stitching has been put in a section of the exterior where there were no stitching holes before!!! The owner is involved in the day to day activities and is a personable gentleman but I strongly recommend that you not bring clothing items to be altered or repaired if you care about them. Most other reviews here agree that alterations on anything costing over $7.00 is not to be taken here! Definitely do not bring your designer jeans here either! As for dry cleaning, I have not tried them but Id be lying if I said I wouldnt apprehensive given the alteration experience.

I dont often write reviews but just wanted to take a second to give a big shoutout to Morrisville Dry Cleaners. I came in on a Friday afternoon with two suites that needed to be altered for a wedding along with a few pairs of jeans, and slacks that needed various alterations completed. I had dealt with the owner himself who is very friendly, and patient and makes sure that you are satisfied with everything before leaving the store. In all my jeans were altered and tapered exactly the way I needed them, along with both of my suites, which were altered from the sleeves, as well as the sides of the jacket, for a trimmer fit. All in all, I will definitely be coming back to this establishment for all my Tailoring and Dry Cleaning needs. Thank you, Kishan.

The dry cleaning service is great and the staff is very friendly and cheerful. However, I would not take expensive designer jeans here for hemming. I came in asking for the original hem to be used, but the tailor convinced me that it would look bad and that I needed a basic hem, though Ive had original hems preserved many times before and it always looks beautiful. Of course, the basic hem changed the look of the leg of the jeans due to loss of distressing and it looks terrible. Even more concerning, the thread used for the new hem shrunk when I washed the jeans and now the fabric along the hem ripples.

Cannot give them any more stars because they do not provide you with the service for which you have paid. They may, and thats debatable, clean your clothing, but they do not press them!!!! Check your pockets on the inside of your pants and shorts ladies, and you will see that they have not been pressed. Who does the pressing? Is there some phantom employee? I have upon numerous occasions had to have clothing items repressed, but its mediocre at best.

Ive been satisfied every time Ive used the services of Morrisville Dry Cleaners. Their prices are fair and their dry cleaning does the trick. Ive also used their tailor services and I cant say enough about how satisfied Ive been. Last but not least the owner and staff have been nothing if not friendly. Very convenient location in the RTP for that matter.

They take great care of my clothes and Kishan is super friendly and very accomodating! In my opinion, the prices are better than most places in the triangle, especially for the quality of service and the quickness. I have used them on a weekly basis for a year or so now and have never had any complaints.

the stuff are friendly, but they damaged my husband (SUITS) i was reading the reviews i thought finally i found a good dry cleaner iam so upset they broke a button from his jacket, you can see as well the lines of ironing on it they are not professionals

Great service, work done on site. Owner and his family are all involved and very personable. When I did have a problem with a garment, Mr. Desai took responsibility and gave me a significant credit to cover the replacement cost.

This place is having a good pricing scheme however the sewing operations are lacking tremendously. It is highly advisable to only use this place, Morrisville Dry Cleaner, for laundry and cleaning.
