Life long traveling worker here. As of this posting, I have traveled through/lived/worked in 32 states and Mexico twice. Some towns have lousy laundry service, some have none at all. This place is without a doubt, the nicest, cleanest, least expensive, most professional, courteous, friendly, convenient drop off laundry service I have ever used anywhere in the US! The premises is clean, well lit with easy in and out access at a major intersection. Ive done my laundry in places where I was afraid to get out of my vehicle without my pepper spray! I made three trips. One to find the place initially. When I went in the young lady behind the counter was very helpful and polite and had a neat appearance. I asked her if she had any business cards printed out I could pass around at work but she did not. She took the trouble to write down on a sheet of paper the complete name, address, telephone number and hours of operation. I made a second trip to drop off my things. There was a different young lady that day but with the same friendly smile and professional demeanor. Third trip back this morning to pick up my clothes, same deal. What a wonderful surprise to find fresh young faces smiling at you when you go into a business. Theres a novel approach. These young women should receive some sort of an award from the town. Last but not least, their hours of operation are from 7 and 8 in the morning until 11:00 p.m., seven days a week. My work requires day shifts, night shifts, 10 to 12 hour shifts, six days a week. A laundry service thats only open 8 to 5, five days a week, is often inconvenient enough to be almost inaccessible to me. If this place sold stock in their business, Id buy it. Theyre going to do well and I was actually pleased to hand the young woman my money this morning. They will get my money every week until my job here is finished. Great job Millennium Laundry!

Im glad I found Millennium Laundry Co. because Ive been to some other laundromats in town and had poor experiences time and time again. Its such a great one stop place for all your laundry needs. My favorite thing about them are their late hours because Im not free during normal business hours. The place is extremely clean and polished which I think is important because a place where you clean your clothes shouldnt be dirty. Their prices are great especially for the excellent service that they provide. It is also super convenient because there is self-service and dry cleaning / shirt services all in the same place so all your laundry needs get done. I definitely recommend this place!

Very bad service!! Please avoid at all cost. They have poor customer service, and very dirty. Half the time they are on the phone while washers need to be wiped down and bathrooms tended to. If you need help they give you an attitude as if you are bothering them. The owner doesnt care which helps give the place a bad name. The money on your card is non refundable, washers and driers break all the time. Waste of time having to rewash clothes when they dont mark the washers broke. Also... the other review sounds like more like an advertisement than the actual truth.... all customers now the truth of how this laundromat is!!

I like doing my clothes here, but if the owner/manager is not in, you cannot get refunds ect for faulty washers. The extra large washers are useless because they dont fill up with enough water. Have complained both times I used them, was told there was nothing she could do, a manager wasnt present (reg worker) and an out of order sticker was never put on machine. I didnt receive a refund, which the damn machine cost $9.50 a little too much to waste, especially when you only have enough money to wash the clothes and dry them

First of all i have giving this place a bad review because they have been great over the past couple months i have been coming here. But i dropped my work cloths off around 4pm today and retunrned before 11pm which is there closing time and noone is here and the place is closed and o need my work cloths for tomorrow morning...

The best equipment Ive seen in a laundromat and yeah the prices are a bit much but lets face it. You pay to use good equipment and these washers and dryers are the best. Just as a heads up to everybody. You have to go to the front desk and get a special card to load up cash on to use in the machines. Like a library card

I have used this place many times. Every time I am greeted with friendly helpful staff. I have used both the self-service machines and the drop-off service. Both are fantastic. For the drop-off service I get my clean items back same day or next day, clean, folded and sorted. I strongly recommend using this business.

Free Wi-Fi, lots of washers and dryers available, open until 11pm, there are chairs and benches, plenty of folding tables, and prices are reasonable. Machines use cards, and someone is always available to help walk you through the process or answer questions. Safe place, safe area.

Our washer broke down so we needed to get some laundry cleaned before the new one arrived. The place was clean and the machines were in good working order. I was surprised to see the place was kind of decorated like a cafe and had outlets that were household plug/USB combos.

Many dryer door latches here were non-functioning and would pop open, causing loss of money and time wasted. Clean facility & friendly staff though. Many size washers & dryers. No coins! Machines only use prepaid laundry cards!

Great place for laundry. All new and updated machines. The place is clean from top to bottom and staff is really nice. Prices are also fair. Go here for sure if you need to do laundry. When in the area this is where we go.

Its better than the other laundromat in town. This place has air conditioning and cards to charge the washer and dryer. The only bad thing is they high speed rinser has not been working for the past few months.

Clean, attendant on duty, reasonable refund policy. Replacing outdated washers is ongoing. Safe neighborhood. Uses reloadable ATM type cards, reasonable washer/dryer fees.
